Week 2 - Daniel Correia


This week was used to make our Design Document.

We started by defining our game's core experience by having each team member think of a few goals and then choosing which ones where the best and merging some of them. Then we decided on their respective success criteria which we later improved after receiving feedback from the teacher.

To review the competition and search our game’s domain we decided to split into 2 groups which would later review the other’s work. Me and Bernardo researched the domain, we mainly looked into card and board games as there we didn’t have any ideas about other real-life activities that would fit in our domain.

Our group then defined our personas, mainly based on the people Bernardo and David had interviewed. Having them defined, each of us defined a play scenario based on our personas.

At the moment I am defining our core gameplay loops together with Tiago.
