Week 6 - Bernardo Pinto
The second development cycle begins with a workshop where the players are involved with the design of the game.
Thus, we worked on creating the workshop plan and preparing it.
To facilitate this process, I created a work plan to create the workshop plan. I created tasks and explained how we were doing them and in what order. Almost like a workshop to create the workshop.
I can’t say it worked as well as I hoped to, because it took around 5 hours to finish everything, when I had estimated 2~3 hours. Perhaps I was naïve. At least we ended up with a thought-out plan, which we think is pretty good.
Anyhow, after all was said and done, we just needed to invite people. We invited the artists and the writers, but, unfortunately, they are not available during the days we have the workshop sessions planned. Speaking of which, we will do two sessions: One this Friday at 16PM, Lisbon time, in English, and another one Saturday, time do be decided, in Portuguese.
