Week 10 - Bernardo Pinto


At the start of the last week, we agreed to work at least X amount every week and meet weekly to discuss problems, ask for feedback, plan what to communicate with the art and writing team, among other things we deemed important.

So this week was strictly implementing feedback and other key features into the game. 


In my case, I implemented:

  • Reworked some abilities for the tank: The Tank felt very lackluster compared with the Healer, so I improved some abilities and replaced one of them with a better one.
  • The terrain didn't apply effects it currently had. For example, the ability "Sacred Ground" of the healer left a "mark" on the ground, that healed allies and damaged enemies. This was not happening, and it's important that it does.
  • The Tank has an ability that dazes enemies. It's quite powerful, as it makes enemies lose a turn, but it was not making them lose it.

We still need to explicitly plan the progression of the player, so that's what we will do next.
